so today we [me and andrei] went ice skating, played tennis, ate, i went to costco with my mom and aunt from new mexico, ate, and played some more tennis (with viktorija and algiukas). pretty awesome if you ask me. now andrei is like... a foot away from me working on one of the desktop computers we have...making it work and all that good stuff.
so ice skating is AMAZING. i miss it so so so much. you have no idea how good it was to be on the ice today. i havent skated since december. it made me so happy!
tennis is cool too. really it is. andrei is teaching me how to play and stuff. yay! finally i get to learn how. its kinda hard to stay all coordinated and stuff though.
this weekend shall be amusing. all of us- mom, dad, viktorija, algiukas, andrei, and me- will be going out to michigan. we'll drive along the lake to see a bunch of little towns and hope theyre cool. then going back to my uncle's house in union pier- town is on the lake, house is near the beach- and we shall all be staying the night. in one room. if we fit. there is a daybed or something downstairs though, but i think we'll just all stay in the guest suite upstairs. i'm not sure what to expect, but it should be interesting and i hope itll be fun. at least the weather should be really nice and i get to see the beach, so all is well.
oh oh oh! here's why i'm writing the in the first place.... ready?
i'm going to be in california for a little over a month this summer. all of july and a little overlap into june and august. i. am. so. excited. ive wanted to go out there since what, seventh grade? and now i get a whole month?! andrei and i will be flying out to san francisco, but andrei will drive home to his family in southern california... and i shall stay with my cousin, lina, who lives there[san francisco]for a week - she just let me know today that she took the whole week off so we can do stuff. thennnnn lina and i will drive down to LA area and such where we will chill with another cousin- jeremy- for a lil and do stuff. then the rest of the time i shall be with andrei and his family.
